Day 101
Monday. December 14, 2009.
We all got to the airport right on time to check in. We couldn’t wait to get rid of our suitcases. We ran into Weigman at the airport. It was awesome seeing him again. We showed each other pictures and caught up a little on our excursions. Our plane was on time, and my TV worked on the plane this time! I watched 500 Days of Summer and Adam. They were both pretty good movies. I started feeling sick toward the end of the flight though, and I got the worst case of vertigo I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve had my fair share of dizzy spells. It was so weird. It was making me sick. I only had an hour or so left at that point, so I just tried to do anything to distract my mind from it. When we landed, I went to the bathroom right before boarder control, and when I came out, the whole room shook very visibly twice. It really was the weirdest feeling ever. I did my best to act like I was fine around boarder control though. I didn’t want them to think I was bringing some weird sort of illness into the US. After I got some fresh air I felt much better though.
I’m so happy to be back in the US! =)
